Sweepstakes Administration: This sweepstakes is being administered and operated by One Vision Federal Credit Union (Sponsor).

Eligibility: Contest is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are One Vision Federal Credit Union members in good standing, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the drawing. Employees and officials of the credit union, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winners. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements listed below. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

How to Enter: Registration for the “Spend It to Win It Holiday Sweepstakes” will begin on Monday, November 1, 2021, beginning at 12:01 a.m. through Friday, December 10, 2021, at 4:59 p.m.

There are two ways to enter the Contest. Between November 1, 2021, and December 10, 2021 (“Promotion Period”), use your One Vision Federal Credit Union Visa credit card. Every one (1) purchase of $50.00 or more from your One Vision Credit Union credit card that posts to your account during the Promotion Period will give you one (1) entry in the Contest, up to a maximum of 1,000 entries (Pre-Authorizations excluded). Total purchases will be tallied by Sponsor and will be net of refunds and/or returns. ATM withdrawals and cash advances are not eligible. Alternatively, you can submit up to five (5) entries by sending a 3×5 note card with your complete name, address, city, state, zip, telephone number and valid email address to the following address which must be postmarked (by USPS) no later than 11:59 p.m. EST on December 1, 2021.

Drawing: One (1) random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor each Friday (November 5, November 12, November 19, November 26, December 3) for a $25.00 cash prize. The drawing for the Grand Prize of $500.00 will take place no later than December 10, 2021, at 5:00 pm. Winners need not be present to win and will be notified by phone and/or email. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the initial contact date, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility which must be completed, signed, and returned within five (5) business days from the date of issuance, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Any bonuses or monies received in association with this promotion are subject to IRS reporting requirements. Recipients are responsible for any income tax liability, if applicable.

Prize: A total of six (6) prize winners (Five (5) – $25.00 drawings and One (1) $500.00 Grand Prize drawing) will randomly be selected from all valid entries received at the time of the drawing(s) Each winner will have their (“Prize”) credited into their Credit Union regular share account. The maximum amount to be awarded is $525.00 Dollars per entrant. The total prize amounts to be awarded is Six Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars ($625.00). Prizes will be deposited within 1 business days after receipt of a signed affidavit of eligibility. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a Prize constitutes winner’s consent to use of his/her name and/or photograph without further compensation for advertising, promotional use, and publicity by Sponsor. By accepting a Prize, winner acknowledges compliance with these official rules. Prize is non-transferrable and cannot be substituted for cash.

Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Release: By accepting the Prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or misuse of any Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information and assume no responsibility for (i) failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor (ii) theft or destruction of, tampering with, or alteration of entries and/or entry information or (iii) entries which are late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, unintelligible and/or postage due (or any combination thereof). By entering, entrants agree to comply with these rules. Any entrant who attempts to tamper with this Contest in any way shall be disqualified. Additional restrictions may apply.

Use of Data: Winners agree to allow Credit Union the use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice opinions and or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

Other Conditions: Contest is subject to all federal, state local laws and regulations. Any awards of monies received in association with this promotion may be subject to IRS reporting requirements. Recipients are responsible for income tax liability if applicable. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest or any portion hereof, or to disqualify any individual implicated in any of the following actions, if for any reason: (a) tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, or (b) the Contest is otherwise not capable of running as planned by Sponsor.

Disputes: As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the County of Floyd, State of Indiana, having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the State of Indiana without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Contest), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
