Registering for online banking is simple!

When enrolling in digital banking, you will need your account number which can be found in your enrollment documentation. Use your account number as your username. Click “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to receive a password reset email.

When should I expect my Debit Card to be delivered?
A: Cards usually take 7-10 days to arrive. The envelope will not have any distinguishing marks or a return address showing that it is coming from One Vision. If the card cannot be delivered by the postman, it will be returned to the credit union.

I want my salary or payroll deposited into my new One Vision Credit Union Account. What information do I need?
A: Great! Ask your employer for the appropriate paperwork to set this service with One Vision. Or you may use this form. You’ll need One Vision’s Routing Number – #283077669, Your One Vision checking or savings account number and your
account type (Checking, Savings, etc.)

Q: How do I set up digital banking?

Q: How do I set up card controls for my debit card?
A: Download the One Vision CardNav app, create a profile, and start taking control! You can turn your cards off/on, set alerts, and more. Note: This is a separate app from the One Vision Mobile app.

A: Not in town? Don’t worry. Access one of 5,000+ nationwide branches and 30,000+ surcharge-free ATM locations by clicking here.

Q: How do I apply for a loan?
A: You can apply for a loan using our mobile app or via our website by clicking here.

Q: How do I make a remote deposit?
A: Remote (mobile) deposit may be available after your new account is established. You will be able to deposit a check remotely using our mobile app. Log in and select “Deposits” at the bottom of your phone screen. Follow the prompts to submit your check via remote deposit.
